We hand-band every cigar in our Wallington NJ studio and ship across the United States. Here is exactly what to expect from order placement to delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 72 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Custom orders with artwork approval may require additional processing time.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via insured ground carriers. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the time of processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and delivery speed.
Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cigar products or accessories. Age verification is required at checkout and an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.
State Restrictions
Due to state tobacco regulations, we are unable to ship to Utah. All other U.S. states and territories are eligible for delivery.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of tobacco products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement. Custom-designed products are non-refundable once production begins.

How long does shipping take?

Do you ship to all U.S. states?
We ship to all U.S. states except Utah, due to state tobacco regulations. All orders require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
Is there an age requirement to order?
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to order cigar products or cigar accessories from Design My Cigar. Age verification is required at checkout and upon delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package every order with extreme care. If your cigars arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
